Lighthouse Therapy is currently seeking an adult based therapist to add to our team who is passionate about serving the community. 

Who We Are:

At Lighthouse Therapy,  we specialize in perinatal mental health and parenting support. We are a warm, collaborative, and fun-loving team that believes in the power of connection, and the strength of community.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are searching for a contractor who

  • Has 1+ years of experience working with adults and families in a therapeutic role

  • Is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or Registered Social Worker (RSW) with an appropriate Master’s level education. 

  • Is trained in (or has a strong interest in and willingness to pursue training in) perinatal mental health, infertility, grief and loss, birth trauma and attachment

  • Wants to be part of a team that values connection, support, and growth

Priority given to those trained in EMDR.

  • Have 2+ years of experience working with children and families

  •  Are a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or Registered Social Worker (RSW)

  • Are trained in (or have a strong interest in) play therapy and other child-centered approaches

  • Love working with kids and understand the language of play

  • Want to be part of a team that values connection, support, and growth
